Arva, Ontario, is a small community in the township of Middlesex Centre. It’s right where Medway Road and Richmond Street cross. Arva has over 16,000 people.
Residents who lived in Arva for several years call themselves “Arvites.” This community has a historic touch; during the 1800s, it was part of the Underground Railroad. The town is also the epitome of small-town living. Its venues include a flour mill, two churches, a quilting shop, a post office, a consignment shop, a tree farm, two schools, and Weldon Park. Additionally, there’s Llyndinshire Golf and Country Club. It has a golf course surrounded by a sparkling pond and tall, lush trees. London is about 10 kilometres away, giving you relatively easy access to more shopping, dining, and recreational options. Medway Valley Heritage Forest possesses approximately 130 hectares of land. It has over 10 kilometres of trails you can hike while observing many types of flora and fauna. CF Masonville Place is a wonderful locale for a shopping spree. Besides several retailers and restaurants, it has a cinema. You should consider checking out Downtown London during the weekend or day off. Budweiser Gardens is a major hub for sports games and concerts. The London Children’s Museum offers education and entertainment for the whole family. Plus, there are many other museums and art galleries you can explore. The two schools in Arva include one elementary school and one high school.
